These Terms of Use are an ongoing contract between you and United Laundry & Linen Corp. (hereafter known as "United
Laundry") and apply to your use of the United Laundry & Linen Corp. services and website. These Terms of Use affect your
rights and you should read them carefully. Any agreements provided in writing to client will supersede these terms and
conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use United Laundry & Linen Corp. or its website.

Changes to Terms of Use
United Laundry & Linen Corp. reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms of Use
in our sole and absolute discretion. The most current version of these Terms of Use can be reviewed by clicking on the "Service
Terms and Conditions" located at the footer of any page in the United Laundry website. The most current version of the Terms
of Use will supersede all previous versions. Your use of the United Laundry website or continued use of our service after
changes are made means that you agree to be bound by such changes. As such, you should review the Terms of Use
periodically.
Processing
United Laundry at its discretion will use the correct and necessary equipment, chemical formulas and temperature to process
all textiles. United Laundry has the right to refuse to launder and or process any item. United Laundry is not responsible for
damage to materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to
processing. United Laundry is not responsible for normal wear and tear and or shrinkage due to the make up of the textile. We
can not guarantee against color loss, shrinkage and any other unforseen ocurrance, but the upmost care will be given to each
item. We are not responsible for any personal property left in laundry (cash, jewelry, etc.) We request that customers check for
any personal belongings prior to sending items to us as we can not be held responsible for damage to your textiles from items
left in laundry containers or laundry bags (Lipstick, Gum, Pens, etc.). United Laundry’s liability with respect to any damaged
items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition. Any damage to any
textile should be reported to United Laundry no less than 48hrs after delivery of such item, failure to do so constitutes a waive of
any claim on that damaged item.
Pickup & Delivery
United Laundry always strives to pick up and deliver on time. However, the safety of our employees, other motorists and
pedestrians takes precedence. In cases of inclement weather, traffic congestion, civil disturbance or other occurrences beyond
our control it may be necessary to make adjustments to our delivery schedule, which will cause us to delay or suspend chosen
delivery dates and times. If there will be a significant delay we will notify the client of changes. We will endeavor to deliver your
order the first possible moment the conditions permit. If your designated delivery location is impossible or difficult to access, or
the delivery otherwise onerous or impossible, we will endeavor to contact you to determine an alternate location and/or date.
Please note our drivers are not aware of account specific information. Should you have specific questions regarding your
account, please call our main number.
Customer owned inventory
United Laundry can process customer owned inventory. However, client is responsible for maintaining such inventory quantity.
For general purposes, client shall always maintain 3 times its inventory ( 1 part in use, 1 part stocked, 1 part being processed)
United Laundry is not responsible for inventory shortage and client shall not expect United Laundry to process items any faster
than the agreed upon turn around time due to inventory shortage. United Laundry at its discretion may provide the client with
emergency processing on occasion and client agrees that an emergency fee may apply.
Rental Services
Rental items will be cleaned and maintained by United Laundry. All items that require replacement due to normal wear and tear
will be replaced by United Laundry at no charge to client. The weekly, biweekly or monthly rental charge for any item can be
terminated, but only after items issued to client or the same value of the same, have been returned to United Laundry. All items
remain property of United Laundry. If items are lost or destroyed by any means, client will pay for said items at the then current
replacement values. All rental programs require a rental agreement of either 2 to 3 years depending on the items being rented
and the quantity of items being rented.
Payments
All invoices/payments are due upon receipt, unless otherwise agreed on a service agreement. Credit applications are available
to qualified clients.
