How much does the service cost?
We do not have set prices on our rental or laundry services. Everyone of our clients is
unique and they all have different needs, therefore, we provide each one with its own
customized rate. We provide specific rates depending on the establishment, service

Can small towels be rolled instead of folded?
Yes, our staff is able to fold or roll towels to fit the needs of your establishment.
I need service every day, is this available?
Yes, our fleet of trucks is available to provide your establishment with daily pickup and
delivery depending on your items and service requirements.
What is your turn around time?
Typically, our turn around time ranges from 24-48hrs. Again, a more exact time will depend
on what items are being processed and the volume.
Can I use your service on an on-call basis?
No, United Laundry prides itself on committing itself to each client and providing each client
with the most excellent and reliable services. As a result we also expect a commitment from
our clients. It is best to schedule service at various intervals to allow United Laundry to
effectively provide you with the best services possible.
How will my items be returned?
United Laundry will coordinate your pickups and deliveries. Soiled items can be picked up
on nylon bags or on bulk linen bins. Deliveries can also be made on arranged bundles of
nylon bags or on labeled bulk linen bins, depending on your volume and access.
What process is used to clean towels, robes, sheets, etc.?
United Laundry uses strict guidelines to not only clean, but disinfect all soiled linen. Our
special equipment, water temperatures and chemical formulas allow us to provide you with
an excellent finished product.
